Blizzard launches new Support Site

Blizzard have just unveiled their new Support site. This site will help you find solutions to your problems and technical issues with most of the Blizzard games. They claim that it will be updated regularly and welcome reports from players. Let’s hope this is a big step towards improving customer support, which has been lacking somewhat recently!
