Blizzard have added two updates to the World of Warcraft Armory: the Arena Calculator and an Armory browser search plugin.
Arena Calculator
The Arena Calculator is a new tool that allows you to do a number of helpful calculations for when and how you can spend your arena points. Choose one of the three useful calculators to help you answer the following questions:

The latest content patch for World of Warcraft, Patch 2.2, is live. This patch contains improvements to the chat interface, video capture for the Mac client, and Voice Chat. Please note that the Voice Chat feature will not be enabled for European realms until October 3rd. For more information about the implementation of this feature, please read this thread.

Once thought mere legend, the Ogre plateau of enlightenment is indeed real, and those who prove their worth may find much to occupy themselves in the hidden sanctuary of Ogri’la. Level 70 players are able to assist the ogres of Ogri’la in their battle with invading forces and engage in a selection of one-time and daily quests. The Outland faction has much to offer an enterprising player in search of enlightenment ? and perhaps also those with more material rewards in mind. Blizzard have updated their World of Warcraft Guide with a new page on gaining reputation with Ogri’la.
Around the end of July we wrote an article about Southpark’s episode “Make Love, Not Warcraft” being nominated at Emmy in the “Outstanding Animated Program (for Programming Less Than One Hour)” category.
Now we’re reporting about the episode actually winning. Congratulations to the entire team involved in the production of this episode, I for one laughed my arse off!

The Sha’tari Riding Nether Ray is a mark of honor bestowed upon those brave and generous enough to have lent their strength to both the Sha’tari Skyguard and the ogres of Ogri’la. Adventurers such as these are part of an awe-inspiring elite to others who must make do with lesser mounts. Blizzard have updated their Games Convention 2007 coverage with a recap page detailing everything that was happening at the Blizzard booth during the event.
